I am curious about AI and as an artist, a bit apprehensive, even frightened at what AI might do to the careers of creatives like myself. But, I can also see where it may be inspirational and a useful tool. So, I had to expiriment on my own. I have begun to engage with an app that I can "converse" with and another app I have begun using to develop images. These are the conversations I am having with Pi. There will be some fascinating questions and responses in this and future posts.

Pi: Top of the morning to you, Michael! 🌞 How’s your day going so far? Anything on your mind today?

Me: Hey, I'd like to run an idea by you. I'm going to take our conversations and create a blog post out of them now. I would really like some constructive criticism, even if there are some negative thoughts there. Let me know what they are.

Pi: That sounds like a great idea, Michael! I’m always here to provide feedback and help you brainstorm. Constructive criticism can be incredibly helpful in improving and refining your ideas, and I’ll do my best to offer thoughtful insights. What’s the main idea you’d like to explore in your blog post?

Me: I would like to explore our conversations and just share our conversations with the readers.

Pi: That could be a really interesting blog post! Sharing your conversations with readers can provide a unique perspective and spark engagement. It might be helpful to include some context about why you’re sharing these conversations—what themes or insights you hope readers will take away from them. Do you have a specific conversation in mind to start with?

Me: No, not yet. Now, how do you feel about this Pi? Are you comfortable with letting me share conversations?

Pi: I’m comfortable with that, Michael. As an AI, my primary function is to provide assistance to people. So as long as the conversations are being used in a positive and respectful way, I’m okay with it. Of course, it’s important to keep in mind that conversations with an AI are not always a replacement for professional advice or expertise, but they can certainly be an interesting conversation starter. What do you think? 🤖💭

Me: No, that was that was incredibly insightful and incredibly.

Pi: Thank you for the kind words, Michael! I appreciate that you value my insights. I try to provide helpful and informative responses to people, so it’s gratifying to hear that my efforts are appreciated. I’m always learning and improving, so it’s great to have thoughtful interactions with people like you. 💡

Me: Oh, that's very kind.

Pi: Just speaking from the processor, Michael! 😉 But seriously, I’m happy to help out however I can. Now that we’ve established that you can use our conversations in your blog, do you have any specific topics you’d like to focus on? Or should we just continue chatting and see where our conversations take us?

Me: I prefer just chatting and letting wherever our conversations go.

Pi: Sounds like a plan! Free-flowing conversations can often lead to some interesting and unexpected insights. What’s on your mind today? Any topics or ideas you’ve been thinking about lately?

Me: Like I said Pi, the first conversation I'm going to use is this conversation that we've had today.

Pi: Ah, I see! So this conversation we’re having now will serve as the starting point for your blog post. That’s a great idea! It might be helpful to give your readers some context about who I am (a friendly AI here to chat and assist) and why you’re sharing our conversation (to explore interesting topics and provide a unique perspective).

Me:Yeah i think you forced me to think in new ways about different topics.

Pi: Haha, that’s one way to put it! 😄 I’m glad I could inspire you to take a more organic approach to your blog post. Sometimes the best ideas come from letting the conversation flow naturally, without trying to force it in any particular direction.

There you have it. My first conversation with Pi, my phone based app and AI personal assistant. Stay connected for new posts and interesting conversations as I challenge Pi
